What counts as a prompt?
One buying question we run on your behalf, for example 'what is the best web analytics tool for a small team'. Every prompt runs twice on each engine your plan covers, every sweep, because AI answers vary run to run and a single sample cannot tell a real change from noise. Every answer is stored, so your history builds from day one.
Which AI engines do you track?
All four are live: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Starter covers ChatGPT and Claude, Pro adds Gemini, and Scale adds Perplexity. Every engine answers with live web search and reports the pages it read, so the sources behind your answers show up on every plan.
Does it write the pages for me?
It writes the draft. For each question you are losing, you get the brief and then the page itself, built from your own measured answers and written to a house style that avoids the usual AI tells. Figures it cannot source are left as blanks like [your price], and anything numeric we cannot trace back to your answers is flagged for you to check. Read it before publishing.
Can I share a report with a client or my boss?
Yes, on every plan. Each brand gets a read-only link showing the score, who the answers name instead, and the work queued up. It is a snapshot, so it will not change under whoever you sent it to, and one click turns it off.
Do I need a credit card?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 3-day trial and the card is taken when you sign up, then charged only when the trial ends. Cancel inside those 3 days and you pay nothing. If you would rather try the product before handing over a card, the AI visibility checker is free and needs no account.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked and tracking carries on without interruption. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged; your data stays in the account either way.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from the billing page whenever you like. Tracking stops at the end of the period you paid for, and the history you collected stays in your account.
What are the add-ons?
Two, and both are optional. Advanced answer models swaps ChatGPT and Claude to the exact models chatgpt.com and claude.ai serve, so the answers match what a buyer sees word for word (Gemini and Perplexity are already at their consumer surface, so they are unchanged): $59 a month on Starter and Pro, $99 on Scale. Deeper sampling asks every question four times per engine instead of twice, which halves the margin of error on every score and means fewer alerts are noise: $29 on Starter, $69 on Pro, $199 on Scale. Both scale in price with how many questions you track, neither changes which engines run or how often, and you can add or cancel either without touching your plan.
How is this different from a rank tracker?
Rank trackers watch the ten blue links. We watch what AI assistants actually answer when someone asks what to buy, which is a different result set with different winners. If your buyers start in ChatGPT, that is the ranking that decides whether you get considered.
Is my data used to train anything?
No. Your prompts and the answers we collect belong to your account. We use official provider APIs, which do not train on API traffic, and we never resell your project data.
