What counts as a prompt?
One buying question we run on your behalf, for example 'what is the best web analytics tool for a small team'. Every prompt runs on each engine your plan covers, once a week, and every answer is stored so your history builds from day one.
Which AI engines do you track?
ChatGPT and Claude are live today. Gemini and Perplexity switch on as we add them, at no extra cost. Citation tracking arrives with Perplexity, since it is the engine that returns sources. The trial includes every engine that is live so you can see the full picture before choosing a plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 3-day trial opens as soon as you sign up: one brand, ten prompts, and every engine we support. Your first report runs the moment you add a brand, so there is nothing to wait for, and you only enter payment details if you decide to carry on.
What happens when the trial ends?
Tracking pauses and the dashboard turns read-only until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted, so the runs collected during your trial are still there when you subscribe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from the billing page whenever you like. Tracking stops at the end of the period you paid for, and the history you collected stays in your account.
How is this different from a rank tracker?
Rank trackers watch the ten blue links. We watch what AI assistants actually answer when someone asks what to buy, which is a different result set with different winners. If your buyers start in ChatGPT, that is the ranking that decides whether you get considered.
Is my data used to train anything?
